Working hours depend on the hotel/venue requirements. Typically, shifts are 9-12 hours with proper break times. For event-based work, schedules vary based on event timing. We ensure all labor laws regarding working hours are followed.
In some cases, free accommodation is provided by the company. In other cases, accommodation is provided on a chargeable basis.If accommodation is availed from our side, a nominal amount will be deducted from the salary at the time of salary processing. The deduction amount may vary depending on the number of persons sharing the room and the accommodation arrangements. The applicable charges will be informed in advance.
Salaries are paid on a monthly basis, usually between the 5th and 10th of the following month. For event-based work, payments are processed within 48- 72 hours of event completion.
